Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team
Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency
Maintain top-tier kitchen operations, including inventory, costing, and vendor relationships
Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
Foster a culture of respect, discipline, and growth within the kitchen
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant culinary management experience in an Italian fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred
experience in high volume a plus
Deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, plating aesthetics, and kitchen management
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
Demonstrates drive to provide exceptional guest service
Open availability
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
