The Role of Chef De Cuisine: We are currently seeking the creative talent a Full-time talented Chef De Cuisine that is well-mannered, visionary, and passionate and having a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team. Reporting into our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality developing and mentoring the team and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently. You should have a creative flair coupled with a positive attitude and an engaging, leading personality to bring your personal touch & energy to our culinary team with an expertise in implementing HACCP protocols. 2 to 3 years as a Chef de Cuisine within the Luxury Hotels environment ideally within the UAE, KSA, UK, India, China or Maldives. a good strong cooking knowledge of Cantonese, Shandong, Jiangsu and Sichuan cuisines.
