Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, as our Chef Concierge, you will be at the forefront of the hotel’s guest experience—an ambassador of luxury hospitality. You will lead, inspire and mentor the Concierge team to craft bespoke experiences, anticipate guest needs, and deliver seamless, intuitive service. With an extensive knowledge of local attractions, culture, dining, events and VIP protocols, you will ensure every guest leaves with memories to treasure.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, maintain and mentor a high-performing team by fostering an uplifting and trust-based environment
  • Create tailored itineraries, make premium dining and entertainment reservations and exclusive
  • Provide local insights and recommendations with confidence and sophistication
  • Manage all concierge operations, including rosters, training, guest requests and guest transportation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors and luxury service providers
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with discretion, efficiency and grace
  • Uphold 5‑star service standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with VIP arrivals, special events and hotel‑wide guest engagement programs
  • Lead designated Four Seasons Concierge projects with strong passion and active engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef Concierge in a luxury hotel environment
  • Preferably a Member of Les Clefs d’Or
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Impeccable grooming, professional maturity and a warm, engaging presence
  • Deep local knowledge, strong industry networks and the ability to secure exclusive experiences
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest moments
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining poise and precision
  • Sound business acumen and the ability to control labour and expenses

  • Assures that Concierge Staff knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests
  • Assures that desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
  • Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner
  • Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing
  • Works closely with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff and Valet Parking to assure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures
