Job Responsibility:
Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator
Check quantity and quality of deliveries and received products
Date delivered boxes and record food and supply deliveries
Rotate food in freezer, walk-in cooler, and stockroom
Monitor quality and quantity of food prepared and portions
Prepare various cuts of meat including beef, lamb, and pork
Label type of cut, date, and destination of meats
Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
