We are seeking a positive, engaging and driven individual to join our customer focused checkout team. Our supervisors play a vital role in being the face of New World Centre City, delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will succeed in this role if you have a passion for delivering great customer service and are ready to take on responsibility.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate and train the Customer Services team to deliver on great customer service
Organise daily operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation
Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in the sale of restricted goods
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in a Customer Services role, ideally with Supervision experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
Liquor Controllers Qualification (LCQ) and Duty Managers Licence (DM), or willingness to acquire
