You'll showcase your outstanding work ethic as you: Collaborate in overseeing and optimising checkout operations with precision and efficiency; Address issues in a calm and professional manner; Support a talented and passionate team of over 80 individuals; Ensure our customers have a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience every time. What We Need: We're on the hunt for motivated candidates who have: Previous retail supervisor experience (ideally in a supermarket environment); High presentation standards and great attention to detail; Problem-solving prowess; A commitment to wow our customers every time. It is an advantage if you have a current Manager's Certificate, otherwise you must be able to attain one (required minimum age 20). There is a full-time role that includes closing shifts (to 10pm) on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. The remaining two shifts will be daytime shifts.
