Job Responsibility:
Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments
Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience
Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty
Support customer colleagues to continuously develop knowledge and skills within the area of customer experience
Support and assist co-workers to create solutions to customer issues
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of related experience
