Job Description:

IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome Checkout Assistants to join our Customer Services Team. A checkout assistant at IKEA makes payments a breeze and ensures customers leave with a smile!

Job Responsibility:

Make customer payment easy
Use the till to accurately register products and register payment from customers according to given routines
Ensure store is always a safe and secure environment for visitors and colleagues
Follow cash handling procedures to ensure security of money handling
Ensure accurate scanning of all products

Requirements:

Take initiative
Juggle several responsibilities at once
Value teamwork
Complete assignments without direct supervision
Customer first mindset
Computer literate
Work with technology
Maintain composure and patience when dealing with customers and complex complaints
