Job Description

Check-In Attendants are responsible for setting up the check-in area, checking in NPO volunteers, handing out and collecting uniforms at the end of the event; and ensuring that all volunteers checked in are in their assigned stands once gates are opened to the guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with setting up of the check-in
  • Using the volunteer lists provided, confirm identity of volunteer and check off on list as they arrive
  • Ensure that Volunteer Wavier is on file and if not, have volunteer complete the document at time of check-in
  • Hand out NPO uniforms to group leaders and have them sign off that they received
  • Participate in the pre-event set up of binders and uniforms
  • Visit assigned stands and ensure all the volunteers are present in the stands. Communicate with NPO manager if there is a discrepancy
  • Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming Policy
  • Walk the stadium to ensure all volunteers are in their correct locations
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
  • Requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. Must be able to navigate ramps, stairs and elevators
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and all major tickets events
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
