Job Description:

Aviapartner is looking for motivated passenger handling staff to join our Landside department at Bologna Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring ground assistance activities related to Air Transport within the Passenger Area, including Check-in and VIP assistance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring accurate transmission of relevant information to passengers
  • Performing passenger and baggage check-in operations carefully, in compliance with current regulations on security, safety, privacy, and quality
  • Facilitating the smooth transit of passengers connecting to other destinations
  • Providing all necessary activities for satisfactory and effective customer assistance
  • Ensuring the proper management of Passenger Assistance
  • Managing passenger assistance operations effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Driver's license (B) and preferably ownership of a car
