Job Description:

Aviapartner is currently seeking Check-in Agents to join Landside Department at Milan Malpensa Airport. As a Check-in Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our passengers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome passengers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the check-in process
  • Verify travel documents, such as passports and visas, to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and luggage tags
  • Collaborate with other airport personnel to ensure a seamless passenger experience
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by passengers in a professional and timely manner
