Job Description:

Aviapartner is currently seeking Check-in Agents to join Landside Department at Milan Malpensa Airport. As a Check-in Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our passengers.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome passengers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the check-in process
Verify travel documents, such as passports and visas, to ensure compliance with regulations
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and luggage tags
Collaborate with other airport personnel to ensure a seamless passenger experience
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by passengers in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of English
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work well under pressure
Driving licence (B) and car owner
Strong motivation, sense of responsability, punctuality
Client oriented
Good IT skills and use of devices
