Job Description

Standby applications for the 2026 season at Château du Molay in Normandy, France. Applications are reviewed regularly before and throughout the season due to last-minute changes. If a suitable position becomes available, applicants will be contacted with a full job description, salary details, and interview arrangements. Roles include General Assistant, Handy Person, Chefs, Kitchen Porter, Assistant Château Managers, and Activity Assistant.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old to apply
  • Must hold EU documentation (e.g., EU passport, EU work visa, French residency permit, or Carte de Séjour) due to Brexit
