Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming communications from customers (90% chat, 10% calls for callbacks only)
Connect with customers and resolve issues using clear, empathetic communication
Problem-solve in real time while representing an innovative, customer-first culture
Requirements:
Open to newbies or with customer service experience
Completed high school (old curriculum) or equivalent
Good in English written communication skills
Computer experience
Can reach 40 words per minute typing speed
