Job Responsibility

  • He/she must be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone
  • The Chat Communications Operator should be an experienced customer service specialist with outstanding phone and chat communication skills, the capacity to multitask, and a passion for service and hospitality.

Requirements

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, to promote teamwork. This may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
