We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Reservations team as a Chat Communication Assistant! The Chat Communications Assistant is an integral part of the Hotel Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure our guests are well looked after from the start
Dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our guests through our Chat messaging system
Ensure that all incoming chat messages are answered or routed to the correct department, as well as handle additional administrative tasks throughout your shift
Be comfortable providing general information about the hotel in a detailed and informative manor
Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays
Requirements:
Excellent and unwavering customer service
Must be able to analyze guest situations and make suggestions that meets and exceeds the guest’s expectations of the hotel
Ability to analyze, prioritizes, organize, multi-task and follow up with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent interpersonal, typing and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude
Strong working knowledge of computers including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
Skills and ability to learn and master multiple software systems
1-2 years’ experience in an administrative setting
Continuous sitting for majority of the shift
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
