Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor

We’re seeking a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join a Central London team acting on behalf of developers and institutional investors. The role is commercially focused, involving the delivery of office refurbishments, cut & carve schemes and larger-scale developments. Your workload will primarily cover Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations, alongside Project Management responsibilities. This position would suit a confident, client-facing surveyor who takes pride in delivering clear, accurate advice and wants their contribution to be recognised and rewarded.
