Chartered Construction Project Manager

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects from inception through completion
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resources
• Act as the principal contact with clients, design teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor and control project progress, addressing challenges proactively to keep projects on track
• Oversee procurement activities, contract administration and compliance with quality, health & safety and environmental standards

• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in a consultancy, contractor or client-side role
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
• A thorough understanding of UK construction contracts, procurement and CDM Regulations
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects to challenging timescales
• Professional qualifications in construction management, engineering, surveying or related discipline (desirable)
