Job Description:

A Chartered Building Surveyor role with a long-established Building Surveying and Valuation consultancy, offering the opportunity to work on a unique mix of professional services and project work across sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, and specialist commercial businesses.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering acquisition surveys and professional advice for commercial assets including hotels, care homes, and healthcare premises
Supporting project management duties, dilapidations, life cycle costings, maintenance planning, and refurbishment design work
Managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
Contributing to business development

Requirements:

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying – RICS accredited
Chartered MRICS status
Strong background in both pre- and post-contract project management
Client-facing experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable with UK travel where required
Proactive and professional approach to workload and relationship management
