Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Chartered Building Surveyor to join an independent Building Consultancy, taking ownership of industrial and ESG-led refurbishment projects while growing influence within a high-performing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking the lead on refurbishment projects within industrial and logistics sectors
  • Full project ownership from inception through to completion
  • Supporting development of junior surveyors
  • Contributing to expanding service lines
  • Growing key client relationships
  • Additional areas such as party wall matters, technical due diligence, and dilapidations

Requirements:

  • MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (essential)
  • Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
  • Proven track record delivering refurbishment projects up to £10m
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in the industrial sector
  • Comfortable leading projects and managing client relationships
  • Strong report writing, organisation, and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work autonomously
