Job Description:

Chartered Building Surveyor role managing multiple building surveying instructions across diverse portfolio of high-profile clients, providing advice on services including schedules of dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, fire safety advice, and schedules of condition.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues
Advise landlords and tenants on ESG initiatives
Mentor and support junior team members
Develop strategic view on property asset lifecycles
Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities
Provide expert advice across all aspects of commercial property surveying

Requirements:

MRICS qualified in Building Surveying
Commercial property experience in a consultancy environment
Proactive, practical, and professional approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build trusted client relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines
Strong technical knowledge across project management, contract administration, and surveying
