Job Description:

A Building Consultancy with a reputation for delivering high-quality professional services across both the commercial and residential sectors are seeking an ambitious MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Kent team, with the option of London-based work and flexible arrangements also available. This role offers exposure to a broad variety of instructions and a clear pathway for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Project work and CAT A + B fit outs
Residential and commercial refurbishments
Industrial schemes
Dilapidations
Party wall matters
Additional professional instructions across a wide portfolio

Requirements:

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status
Strong technical ability across both project and professional services
Commercially aware with client-facing skills
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop new business opportunities
Adaptable and motivated to broaden professional experience
