Job Description:

A role with real influence, variety and progression. A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in SE1 is looking to bring in a chartered Building Surveyor as part of its continued growth. This is a role built around trust, autonomy and meaningful client impact - not simply delivering reports behind a desk. You'll work across commercial, residential, education, leisure and healthcare portfolios, giving you genuine breadth and the chance to shape long-term property strategies for an impressive client base.

Job Responsibility:

Carrying out building and measured surveys across a wide range of property types
Ensuring compliance with the latest building regulations and technical requirements
Preparing specifications, maintenance plans and overseeing contract administration
Investigating building defects and producing clear, practical technical reports
Managing dilapidations instructions across both land and buildings
Providing advice across repairs, refurbishments and wider project delivery

Requirements:

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
Experience within consultancy, ideally across mixed-use or commercial portfolios
Confidence working directly with clients and leading instructions
A proactive approach and the ability to manage your own workload
