A well-established built asset consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor to join its growing Birmingham team. Job Responsibility

  • Leading on project delivery from initial brief through to completion
  • Acting in a contract administration capacity across a variety of schemes
  • Producing detailed specifications, reports, and technical advice
  • Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
  • MRICS qualified or equivalent experience
  • Strong background in consultancy-led project delivery
  • Good understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration
  • Able to manage workloads across multiple live projects
  • Commercially aware with a focus on delivering value
  • Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach
