Job Description:

An independent and fast-growing Building Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK and Europe, are keen to speak with an experienced and Chartered Building Surveyor, with a view to joining their London office. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Surveyor who thrives in a client-facing role, looking to take ownership of industrial and ESG-led refurbishment projects, while growing their influence within a high-performing team.

Job Responsibility:

Taking the lead on a variety of refurbishment projects within the industrial and logistics sectors
Supporting the development of junior surveyors
Contributing to expanding service lines
Helping grow key client relationships
Taking on additional areas of interest such as party wall matters, technical due diligence, and dilapidations

Requirements:

MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (essential)
Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
Proven track record delivering refurbishment projects up to £10m
Strong commercial acumen and experience in the industrial sector
Comfortable leading projects and managing client relationships
Passion for ESG-led work (desirable)
Strong report writing, organisation, and communication skills
Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work autonomously
