Job Description:

Chartered Building Surveyor position at a privately owned construction consultancy in London, working with commercial, industrial, logistics, and retail projects in a close-knit team environment

Job Responsibility:

Managing projects within commercial, industrial, logistics, and retail sectors
Handling full scope of surveying services including TDD, contract administration, development monitoring, and dilapidation surveys
Managing client relationships and expanding client networks
Supervising and supporting professional growth of junior surveyors

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
A degree accredited by RICS in a relevant field
Strong experience within a construction-focused practice
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial projects
Familiarity with the Building Safety Act
Excellent client relationship skills

Nice to have:

MRICS qualification
Background in commercial, industrial, or logistics projects
Experience with technical due diligence (TDD), contract administration, development monitoring, and dilapidations
