Job Description:

A UK-leading, B Corp Certified property and construction consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Newcastle. The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will enjoy exposure to a broad range of projects across the office, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, and charity sectors. Job Responsibility:

Technical due diligence
Building defects analysis
Pre-acquisition surveys
Dilapidations
Party wall matters
General building surveys
Building and maintaining key client relationships
Participating in business development

Requirements:

Chartered with MRICS
Strong client-facing & communication skills
Varied project experience is beneficial
Previous consultancy experience is preferred
