• Supervising and mentoring junior surveyors to foster growth and development
• Contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Building Consultancy team

• MRICS accreditation
• Strong background in commercial Building Surveying including professional instructions
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
• Organised, methodical, and commercially aware with a diligent approach to work

Experience in construction monitoring, reinstatement cost assessments, or party wall matters
