Chartered Building Surveyor - Bristol (Hybrid) | Competitive Package. Job Responsibility:

Deliver a variety of building surveying services, with a focus on technical excellence and client satisfaction
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring value for money and adherence to quality, health, and safety standards
Work closely with multiple stakeholders, providing expert advice and building strong relationships

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying (or related discipline) and MRICS status
Proven technical delivery experience and strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Project management expertise and consultancy background
Client-facing skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
