Job Description:

Chartered Building Surveyor role with a prestigious European real estate firm providing high-quality consultancy services across various projects including dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, and planned preventative maintenance

Job Responsibility:

Delivering Building Surveying services for commercial clients
Managing projects such as dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, and planned preventative maintenance
Building and maintaining robust client relationships
Supervising and mentoring junior surveyors
Contributing to the success and expansion of the Building Consultancy team

Requirements:

MRICS accreditation
Strong background in commercial Building Surveying including professional instructions
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
Organised, methodical, and commercially aware with a diligent approach to work

Nice to have:

Experience in construction monitoring
Experience in reinstatement cost assessments
Experience in party wall matters
