Job Description:

A globally-known construction and property consultancy is looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham office. This is a standout opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to become part of a highly regarded team, working across an impressive array of high-profile projects spanning the commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and public sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting building surveys
Undertaking detailed defect analysis
Advising on technical due diligence
Managing refurbishment and redevelopment schemes from inception to completion

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
MRICS or close to completing APC
Experience within a similar consultancy environment
Both project & professional experience
An ambitious individual, eager to move into a Senior level role
