Job Responsibility

Deliver contract administration on projects up to £2,500,000+VAT

manage Licence for Alterations, party wall matters, and pre-acquisition surveys
act as Employer’s Agent and provide reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes
lead and manage team members, including mentoring graduates and assisting with APC training
build and nurture client relationships, ensuring service excellence
develop new and repeat business opportunities where possible
