Job Description:

An opportunity to join a close-knit, privately owned construction firm as a Chartered Building Surveyor, managing commercial, industrial, logistics, and retail projects with responsibilities such as technical due diligence (TDD), contract administration, development monitoring, and dilapidations while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting TDD, contract administration, development monitoring, and dilapidation surveys
Effectively managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business
Assisting in the professional growth and supervision of junior surveyors

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
A degree accredited by RICS in a relevant field
Strong experience in a construction-focused practice
Extensive knowledge of commercial projects and familiarity with the Building Safety Act
Excellent client relationship skills, with a knack for expanding the firm’s client network
