Job Description:

Chartered Building Surveyor – Join a Close-Knit, Privately Owned Construction Firm. My client, a privately owned construction consultancy in London, is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their dedicated team of five. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor with a background in commercial, industrial, or logistics projects to make a meaningful contribution within a smaller, close-knit team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting TDD, contract administration, development monitoring, and dilapidation surveys
Effectively managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business
Assisting in the professional growth and supervision of junior surveyors

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
A degree accredited by RICS in a relevant field
Strong experience in a construction-focused practice
Extensive knowledge of commercial projects and familiarity with the Building Safety Act
Excellent client relationship skills, with a knack for expanding the firm’s client network
