Job Description:

A privately owned construction consultancy in London is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to handle a full scope of surveying services, including technical due diligence, contract administration, and development monitoring within various sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Conducting TDD, contract administration, development monitoring, and dilapidation surveys across various sectors
Managing client relationships effectively and seeking opportunities to expand client networks
Assisting with the supervision and professional growth of junior surveyors

Requirements:

MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
A degree accredited by RICS in a relevant field
Strong experience within a construction-focused practice
Demonstrated knowledge of commercial projects and familiarity with the Building Safety Act
Excellent client relationship skills with an eye for expanding the firm’s client network
