Are you eager to engage in impactful building surveying work? A leading company in the Architecture and Construction sector is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor in Surrey to contribute to vital education and public sector housing projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support technical operations within a dynamic Building Surveying Team
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through excellent service
  • Create and oversee project timelines and resource allocation for successful outcomes
  • Conduct structural surveys and liaise with authorities regarding statutory requirements
  • Lead small teams and take full ownership of technical aspects of projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in building surveying, particularly in public-sector housing and educational projects
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
