Are you eager to engage in impactful building surveying work? A leading company in the Architecture and Construction sector is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor in Surrey to contribute to vital education and public sector housing projects.

Job Responsibility:

Support technical operations within a dynamic Building Surveying Team
Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through excellent service
Create and oversee project timelines and resource allocation for successful outcomes
Conduct structural surveys and liaise with authorities regarding statutory requirements
Lead small teams and take full ownership of technical aspects of projects

Requirements:

Experience in building surveying, particularly in public-sector housing and educational projects
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in managing projects and liaising with clients effectively
Technical expertise in conducting structural surveys and managing contracts
Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism
