Job Responsibility:

Under the responsibility of the General Management and with a view to managing the office as a ‘Director’ on chartered accountancy assignments
activities will be focused on the chartered accountancy of our ‘German division’ (German employees and clients)
supervision and technical validation of the work of our staff, while encouraging their training and professional development
main contact for our clients, assisting them with all their accounting, tax, economic, employment and legal issues
ensure that working methods are applied and guarantee the quality of work and customer satisfaction
build client loyalty and develop the firm's client base

Requirements:

DEC, Chartered Accountant and/or ‘Steuerberater’ qualification
several years' experience in a chartered accountancy firm, ideally in a position involving the management of staff
extremely rigorous and technically proficient
good organisational skills
good customer relations
good people skills
very good command of German (ideally as your mother tongue)
ideally be fluent in both spoken and written English
