Job Description:

Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter, one of Florida’s largest air charter and aircraft management firms, is currently seeking an experienced full-time Charter Sales / Dispatch Coordinator. This is a fast paced career opportunity presenting rewards and challenges in an always changing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Quoting and booking charter trips on our charter fleet
  • Outsourcing additional lift when our aircraft are not available
  • Completion of Part 135 Legal Vetting process before each departure
  • Dispatch
  • Flight following/locating
  • Maintenance interface tracking
  • Schedule coordination
  • Support of crew & flight logistics needs
  • Completion of FAA, TSA and DHS/Customs mandated administrative processes
  • Fuel purchasing arrangements
  • Catering & provisioning
  • Transportation and accommodations for passengers and crews

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in the English language, written and spoken
  • Must pass the interview process
  • Must pass pre-employment/Florida Drug Free Workplace drug testing
  • Must pass TSA Criminal History Record Check (CHRC)
  • Must live in or be able to relocate to South Florida
  • Must be willing to work odd hours, long hours, weekends, holidays and nights
  • Must be willing to work a rotating on-call schedule
  • Possess a highly motivated, team oriented and safety focused work ethic

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of CTA/FOS computerized scheduling system
  • Aircraft Dispatcher certification
