As a Charter Sales Agent, you will step into a high-performance, client-facing role where you will learn the aviation industry while developing your ability to convert high-value opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. This is not a passive role — it’s a commercially driven position where you will take ownership, grow your portfolio, and play a direct role in revenue generation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the full sales cycle — from enquiry through to closing and repeat business
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and convert high-value charter opportunities
  • Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and repeat business
  • Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience that drives retention and referrals
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships and position yourself as a trusted aviation advisor
  • Prepare tailored, commercially competitive charter proposals
  • Negotiate pricing and solutions to maximise revenue while delivering client value
  • Coordinate with operators and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage time-critical requests with speed, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Continuously identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand client accounts
