Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle — from enquiry through to closing and repeat business
Proactively identify, pursue, and convert high-value charter opportunities
Build and grow your own portfolio of clients and repeat business
Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience that drives retention and referrals
Develop strong, long-term relationships and position yourself as a trusted aviation advisor
Prepare tailored, commercially competitive charter proposals
Negotiate pricing and solutions to maximise revenue while delivering client value
Coordinate with operators and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
Manage time-critical requests with speed, professionalism, and attention to detail
Continuously identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand client accounts
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering premium experiences
High motivation and a proactive, results-driven mindset
Proven ability or strong desire to succeed in a sales or client-facing role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
