Job Description:

Go Bus Transport is looking for a Charter Driver for its Hamilton school’s depot. The role involves working a mixture of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, at times weekend work and away trips. Charters can include some early morning and late-night driving.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide a safe, top-class and enjoyable journey
  • Undertake relief driving for School/technology bus runs
  • Undertake relief driving for Flex On-Demand Rideshare on Friday/Saturday night through to early morning
  • When charters are quiet, include school runs, moving vehicles and vehicle cleaning as required

Requirements:

  • Hold a current class 4 driver’s licence (class 2 licence could be considered)
  • Must have a passenger endorsement
  • Be a Team player
  • Have a passion for interacting with people
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a tidy, clean, presentable person
  • Be physically fit
  • Pride yourself in attention-to-detail regarding presentation of company vehicles
  • Willing to undergo a Drug and Alcohol Test and Police Vetting check
