Job Description:

Retrieve paper and electronic medical charts from provider offices within a 40-mile radius and upload them into a secure system. Work involves travel to various healthcare offices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Experience hands-on fieldwork
  • Travel to provider offices within a 40-mile radius, retrieve paper and electronic medical charts, and upload them into our secure system
  • Work independently while collaborating with fellow Chart Retrieval Specialists and your Team Lead
  • Experience a change of scenery, travel to various healthcare offices, and meet new people

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Insurance/liability policy in the team member’s name
  • Reliable and secure internet with the ability to download 50 Mbps and upload 5 Mbps
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm availability: Your schedule could include working three or more consecutive days depending on the project

Nice to have:

  • Basic navigational knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) applications such as (but not limited to) Epic, Allscripts, e-Clinical Works, Nextgen, etc., is a plus
  • Document imaging or scanning experience is a plus
