Job Description:

Field-based position retrieving medical records for health plan audits and reviews. Requires travel to local healthcare facilities within 100 miles of Altoona, PA.

Job Responsibility:

Travel to doctor offices, clinics, or hospitals to retrieve paper or electronic medical records
Use company-provided equipment to collect and securely upload medical charts
Communicate with office staff to identify specific records needed
Upload documents and report time and mileage

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Basic computer and file management skills
Comfort navigating EMR systems (Epic, Allscripts, NextGen, etc.)
Prior experience in medical offices, pharmacy, or front-desk reception
Must be friendly, respectful, and professional
