Combining your clinical and managerial skills, you will inspire, support and oversee the care team, leading them to deliver first-class person-centred care to the residents of this care home. Bringing your previous experience and your strong clinical skills with you, you will feel valued from your very first day and you will find investment in your development will be ongoing. Ideally you will have some previous experience in a care home environment, but if you don't, with your very own mentor, a focused induction and ongoing development, we'll soon help you to settle into your new role.
