Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to provide exceptional customer service
  • Oversee the entire process of Customer Sales Orders from receipt to product delivery efficiently
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all necessary shipping and market-specific documents
  • Report weekly period estimates, address customer complaints, and meticulously track these complaints
  • Manage low shelf-life products by issuing, recording, and monitoring undertakings, and provide regular updates to customers and business users
  • Support and improve the Inbound Logistics process, including identifying and documenting continuous improvement projects
  • Handle customer escalations and manage communication regarding delivery coordination
  • Adhere to lean principles, maintain daily meetings, and implement visual management processes
  • Manage personal and team workflow, professional development, and provide input on performance assessments
  • Apply expertise to achieve broad objectives, influence relationships, complete complex assignments, and lead specific projects, ensuring compliance and quality in nonstandard work

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Import and Export Documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
