Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to provide exceptional customer service
  • Oversee the entire process of Customer Sales Orders from receipt to product delivery efficiently
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all necessary shipping and market-specific documents
  • Report weekly period estimates, address customer complaints, and meticulously track these complaints
  • Manage low shelf-life products by issuing, recording, and monitoring undertakings, and provide regular updates to customers and business users
  • Support and improve the Inbound Logistics process, including identifying and documenting continuous improvement projects
  • Handle customer escalations and manage communication regarding delivery coordination
  • Adhere to lean principles, maintain daily meetings, and implement visual management processes
  • Manage personal and team workflow, professional development, and provide input on performance assessments
  • Apply expertise to achieve broad objectives, influence relationships, complete complex assignments, and lead specific projects, ensuring compliance and quality in nonstandard work

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with Import and Export Documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across our virtualization stack (drivers, kernel, hypervisor, guest OS, and crusoe applications). Work closely with kernel and hypervisor teams to debug and resolve integration challenges
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure the highest level of software quality, reliability, and security within compute applications and virtualization stack
