Efficiency and Referencing: You handle requests by privileging digital. When necessary, you ensure referral to the appropriate interlocutors (Retail Centers, Enterprises, Private Banking, Insurance) and follow up
Administrative Management: You ensure the administrative follow-up of the products sold and take charge of part of the general administration of the point of sale or the remote expertise center.
Requirements
You dispose of a bachelor ideally in marketing
You consider digital as the royal way, you perfectly master digital tools and you are capable of guiding clients towards digital channels
You show empathy and active listening to detect needs and develop a personalized trusting relationship
You master or are ready to learn the products and procedures of the sector (credit, savings, insurance) and you are flexible in terms of mobility
You commit to contributing to the environmental objectives of the company and you ensure legal compliance.
