Job Responsibility:
Develop and deploy category growth strategy for Beauty, E-Comm, Health, and Proximity channels including a comprehensive distribution strategy across the eRTM
Develop and deploy robust category commercial plans and define right investment model
Defines category channel execution blueprint
Brings the voice of the shoppers and/or retailers into the country business unit
Collaborates with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
Achieve Key targets in terms of channel growth, distribution, spend efficiency
