Job Description

The Channel Strategy and Shopper Marketing Manager delivers consistent, competitive, and profitable growth by translating the Beauty & Wellbeing brand strategies into holistic category growth programs in Beauty Discovery channels that get our key products distributed and placed in more outlets.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and deploy category growth strategy for Beauty, E-Comm, Health, and Proximity channels including a comprehensive distribution strategy across the eRTM
  • Develop and deploy robust category commercial plans and define right investment model
  • Defines category channel execution blueprint
  • Brings the voice of the shoppers and/or retailers into the country business unit
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Achieve Key targets in terms of channel growth, distribution, spend efficiency
