Channel Storage Specialist role in HPE's UKIMEA team focused on UAE partners. This hybrid position involves driving storage growth, strengthening partner relationships, and positioning HPE as the clear choice in a competitive market.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted advisor to partners (VARs, distributors, SIs, ISVs, MSPs), aligning HPE storage strategy with their business priorities
Build and execute joint business plans to accelerate revenue, profitability, and pipeline
Communicate HPE's global and local storage strategy to enable effective sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions
Develop deep knowledge of partner priorities, market trends, and IT investments to differentiate HPE solutions
Lead with business value and sales leadership, strengthening long-term relationships to grow market share
Coordinate sales cadence, enablement, marketing, forecasting, and executive engagement with partners
Tailor solutions across primary storage, unstructured data, cyber resiliency, and aaS models to customer needs
Recruit, develop, and grow new partner relationships while ensuring compliance with HPE standards
Act as a pipeline enabler, ensuring partners have tools, knowledge, and motivation to prioritise HPE
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of partner-led sales experience
Strong knowledge of HPE storage portfolio
ideally with unstructured data and cyber resiliency exposure
Proven ability to uncover opportunities, build solutions, and drive urgency
Skilled at building strategic, financially grounded plans with partners
Deep understanding of HPE storage, data protection, and aaS offerings vs. competitors
Experience across resellers, distributors, and MSPs
able to integrate into partner ecosystems
Ability to assess partner/customer health and position value-driven solutions
Proactive in anticipating needs, tracking progress, and bridging pipeline gaps
Strong presenter and negotiator at C-level
Prioritises effectively, delivers to deadlines, and acts with urgency
