Serves as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develops a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE business priorities. Drives end-to-end service revenue, HPE profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts. Articulates both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively “sell with”, “sell to”, and “sell through” the Partner, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Develops deep knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology and communicates value of the service portfolios and solutions to better differentiate HPE from competitors
Drives revenue and growth across Storage, Compute and services categories
Develops HPE sales and Share of Wallet (SoW) within assigned partners
Drives Partners to develop new logo especially in un-attended business (MM-SMB)
Ensures partners meet Program criteria and drives partners to the next Partner Ready status where relevant
Increases partners’ competencies by providing training on tools & solutions
Communicates relevant HPE events and maximizes partners’ attendance as an opportunity to develop new skills and business outcomes
Plans and monitors partner sales campaigns and follow-up
Monitors sales performance (pipeline, top deals) to materialize business growth
