Job Description

AMD develops high-performance computing and visualization products to solve some of the world’s toughest and most interesting challenges. As we expand across EMEA, our Channel partners—resellers, distributors, and OEMs—play a vital role in extending market access and advocating for the AMD brand. To support this growth, we are seeking a motivated and collaborative Channel Sales Representative (CSR) to help manage and grow our Channel partner ecosystem. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, partner-centric environment. You will work closely with senior Channel Managers and Distributor Leads, receiving guidance and mentorship while supporting both 1:1 and 1:many partner engagement activities. You’ll help drive partner activation, enablement, and performance through structured outreach, data insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of Channel partners, supporting both direct (1:1) and scalable (1:many) engagement strategies
  • Coordinate regular communication touchpoints such as calls, webinars, and newsletters under the guidance of senior team members
  • Promote adoption of AMD Partner Network (APN) and help partners navigate tools and resources available on the portal
  • Support onboarding and enablement activities for new and existing partners
  • Help partners understand AMD’s product portfolio and value proposition
  • Assist in launching sales campaigns and seasonal incentive programs, working closely with Channel Marketing
  • Collaborate with partners to identify sales opportunities and support pipeline development
  • Participate in joint demand generation activities and follow up on leads
  • Learn and apply best practices in sales motions and partner engagement
  • Help collect and analyze partner data to monitor engagement and performance
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards to share insights with internal teams
  • Work with senior managers to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Work alongside Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, and Partner Programs teams to ensure consistent messaging and support
  • Collaborate with Distributor Managers aligned to large OEMs, supporting GTM execution and partner coordination under their direction
  • Share partner feedback and observations to help refine strategies and improve partner experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, partner support, or customer engagement—ideally in a B2B or tech environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and data tools is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are required
