Job Description

Are you a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional ready to drive double-digit revenue growth? We are seeking a Channel Sales Representative specializing in "sell with" and "sell through" channel strategies. This pivotal role involves working with internal and external partners to optimize go-to-market strategies and accelerate product adoption.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead business development to grow and optimize the channel strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships as a trusted advisor to channel partners.
  • Analyze partner sales data and forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure partner success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, sales, account management or customer success. preferably in software/SaaS
  • Proven track record of achieving double-digit revenue growth through channel partners
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Hungry, motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to managing and growing accounts
  • Ability to navigate complex sales environments
  • Software sales, partnerships management (resellers, co-sellers, etc.) and/or account management experience
  • Confident in leading meetings with multiple stakeholders, following up accordingly and managing customer needs and expectations
  • Ability to hunt new for new opportunities and run an entire sales cycle
  • Comfortable being the face of the company at in-person meetings and conferences
  • Experience with and/or interest in the transportation industry
  • Ability to navigate complex sales environments and manage multiple partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
