We’re seeking a dynamic, self‑starting Channel Sales Manager to own and scale our indirect sales across multiple geographies. You will identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships to accelerate revenue growth, drive lead generation, and maximize the lifetime value of each relationship.
Job Responsibility:
Partner Acquisition: Research, prospect, and recruit new channel partners (VARs, system integrators, consultants) across South East Asia, Middle East, and Africa
Partner Enablement: Design and deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs to ensure partners can position, demo, and close deals effectively
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for existing partners—driving co selling activities, deal registration, pipeline reviews, and joint account planning
Demand Generation: Collaborate with Marketing to develop co branded campaigns, webinars, and events that generate qualified leads through the channel
Revenue Accountability: Own quarterly and annual revenue targets via partner sourced deals
forecast accurately and report on partner performance metrics
Strategic Planning: Represent In4Suite at partner sites, regional events, and customer visits
expected travel ~30–50%
Travel: Build and execute a scalable channel strategy—including partner segmentation, incentive models, and tiered programs—to optimize coverage and ROI
Requirements:
5+ years in B2B software channel sales or partner management, ideally within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems across multiple international markets
Strong commercial acumen with experience in lead generation, deal registration, and joint business planning
Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging C level executives and technical teams
Self motivated, resourceful, and able to work autonomously in a remote, fast paced environment
Willingness to travel extensively (domestic and international)
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work across diverse markets and time zones
Nice to have:
Existing network of ERP or construction tech partners in target regions
Experience with partner focused PRM/PRM tools
Fluency in additional languages relevant to SEA, MENA, or Africa
